How it All began
Samuel Joshua Chelliah, known across the industry as Sam Your Man, is a global real estate strategist, investor, and bridge builder with over twenty years of international experience across the Middle East, North America, and Asia.
Of Indian origin, Sam grew up moving across countries and cultures, learning early that success built without values is never success that lasts. That early exposure to different worlds shaped his worldview: leadership must serve both purpose and fiduciary responsibility.
His journey began in Houston, Texas, before he settled in Toronto, Canada, where he started his career in facilities management at Global Television, overseeing broadcast operations and technical infrastructure. It was there that he learned discipline, accountability, and systems thinking, the same principles that would later define his leadership in real estate.

When the world faced the COVID-19 pandemic, Sam returned to the United States, where he managed luxury high-rise communities near The Galleria in Houston and later led Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club in Arizona, one of America’s most exclusive private golf communities. Managing through uncertainty strengthened his belief that clarity, communication, and conviction define true leadership.
